Old Tomtom Carminat

Hi , i have a Tomtom Carminat in a Renault Laguna 2006 , it has not slot for Sd , but only CD ...it's a Carminat-NAVTEQ B.V V25 .
Is possible to update it ? You can update the map ? could you tell me , please ?

Yes , sorry it's not a Tomtom but it's a Carminat Navigation Communication witn Navteq map .
Not a Tomtom , but it's a Carminat Navteq .
